Ms. Haun is a co-founder of PharmaSys. In her current role as President she is responsible for setting strategic direction for the company, legal issues, finance, human resources and benefits.

Before forming PharmaSys, she had more that 25 years of experience in the non-destructive testing and environmental consulting fields working with PBR Electronics, Integraph Corporation, and as an independent consultant working with the USEPA, NASA, DoD, and ADEM.

Mr. Lankford is co-founder of PharmaSys, Inc.  In his current role as CEO, Mr. Lankford provides strategic direction for the company and acts as a senior consultant for validation/compliance projects. Charles has served as validation project manager for successful implementations of Clinical Data Management Systems, remote data entry systems, various facility utilities, manufacturing systems and information systems. He has performed a number of vendor and computer validation compliance audits and is recognized as an authority in the fields of validation, 21 CFR Part 11 and quality assurance.

Before forming PharmaSys, he served as Senior Director of Information Technology for Insite Clinical Trials. Previous assignments with Burroughs Wellcome, Glaxo Wellcome, Johnson & Johnson and Lockheed have contributed to over 30 years of experience in the engineering and validation fields.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and has continued his educational experience through professional development programs at Duke University, ASQ and PDA.

Mr. Lankford is a coauthor of Clean-In-Place for Biopharmaceutical Processes and is a regular contributor to industry taskforces.

Hal Sanborn’s title of Vice President  is deceptive in that he also serves as a validation/compliance manager. He has successfully managed projects in the pharmaceutical, medical device and telecom industries.

He has been with PharmaSys for 10 years and has over 25 years project/program management experience and has worked for companies such as Lucent Technologies, Project Strategies and Nortel Networks.

For PharmaSys, Mr. Sanborn has successfully managed projects for Bayer Corporation, Navision Attain, Sandoz, Theracom, and Meridian Bioscience.

Hal has a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Bill Cooke serves as Vice President of Commissioning and Qualification for PharmaSys.  In his current role, Mr. Cooke directs the operations of the facilities validation and commissioning division of PharmaSys where he provides resource management, contract negotiation, problem resolution, and technical support for Clients.  He serves on the senior management team where he provides strategic direction related to facilities engineering, operations, validation and commissioning.

Bill has over 30 years of experience in the design, construction, operation, maintenance and management of manufacturing and research facilities for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.  He came to PharmaSys from GlaxoSmithKline where he served in a variety of progressively more responsible assignments in instrumentation, facilities operations/engineering and construction management from 1984 through 2003.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shaw University and an Associate of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from United Electronic Institute.

Dave Bujaucius offers over 25 years of experience working in Information Technology, focusing primarily on IT Management for companies that work in regulated environments.  He has hands-on experience managing and executing computer system and process validation for Drug and Medical Device Manufacturers, as well as for Contract Research Organizations.  Dave has a comprehensive background in building Quality System infrastructure, security and supporting mission critical IT operations.   He is well versed in the Code of Federal Regulations including 21 CFR Part 11.

Dave came to PharmaSys after successful tenures at Ben Venue Laboratories, Gliatech, Bemis Associates, C. R. Bard and the U.S. Navy.

He holds a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems Management, a Masters Certificate in Human Resources Management and Development from Chapman College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
